Social activities


Our Exec. meets several months during the year to organize events for you. As in the past, admittance to the DINNER/ DANCE and LUNCHEON will be by pre purchased tickets only, with one price for LEGENDS members, and a slightly higher rate for guests. We will also be offering incentives for early bird purchases for the dinner/dance and Apres Ski Luncheon. Tickets are first available at the Skiis&Biikes Open House, and then from your LEGENDS reps – CHEQUES ONLY PLEASE, payable to “Probus Ski Legends”.  Any queries regarding these events please see your club rep.

1. SKIIS & BIIKES OPEN HOUSE /WINE & CHEESE: Wednesday Dec. 6th, 7-9pm
Skiis&Biikes will again host our annual season start up with a FREE Wine & Cheese evening, open only to LEGENDS members. While sipping and nibbling, enjoy 20% Discounts on soft goods purchases and $50.00 off skis and boots purchased on that evening only. Do some Xmas shopping, get your equipment up to date and chat with ski buddies old and new.  Pick up your badge and helmet/ski stickers, buy Party Tickets, and find out about Ski Days and Ski Trips. You may purchase a bargain Season’s Ski Tuning Package for only $150 (good at the Collingwood location only) for as many tune ups as you need. Skiis& Biikes has supported Legends for many years – Let’s support them!!

2.FREE BREAKFAST MIX & MEET: Tuesday, January 9th at TSC, 8.30-10.00am
A “get to know each other” FREE Breakfast for all LEGENDS members. Another chance to pick up your badges, stickers, ski day and ski trip info, and to buy party tickets.

3.DINNER DANCE: Wednesday, Feburary 7th, following a sumptuous dinner buffet, we again, by popular demand, feature the toe tapping music of the fabulous Louis Lefaive and his Kings of Swing.   Cocktails: .5.30   Dinner: 6.45
